Free Version: The free version of Clipso is provided for personal and educational use. You may use it on any number of devices you personally own.
Pro Version: Upon purchasing a Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clipso Pro on devices you personally own, subject to the license type purchased:

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscription licenses (annual/monthly) will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Clipso is designed with privacy as a core principle:
Your clipboard data never leaves your Mac. We have no access to your data.
Clipso is open source software. The source code is available at github.com/dcrivac/Clipso. While the source code is freely available, the Pro features require a valid license.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time. Pro license holders will continue to have access to Pro features for the duration of their license period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
