How to Request a Refund

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. To request a refund:

  1. Contact Paddle Support at paddle.com/support
  2. Provide your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, log in to your Paddle account or contact Paddle support.
